We keep the team small on purpose. It means the person who placed your monitor is the one who explains the result, and the crew that designed your system is the crew that installs it.
Owner and lead mitigation technician
Red Lion native and a former home inspector. Dan designs every system we install and still runs the core drill on most jobs. Certified in radon measurement and mitigation, trained to ASTM E2121. Off the clock he is usually on the Heritage Rail Trail.
Measurement technician
Brianna places and reads our continuous monitors and writes the reports homeowners actually understand. She handles most of our real estate transaction tests and knows every agent's deadline in the county. Grew up in Dover, lives in Springettsbury Township.
Installation lead
Luis runs installation day, from routing and sealing to the fan and the cleanup. He came to radon from residential plumbing, which is why our pipe runs are straight and our penetrations are sealed. Lives in West York with his family.
Scheduling and customer care
Karen answers the phone, books the tests, and calls you back when she says she will. If you have a question about your report or your invoice, she is the one who gets you an answer the same day. York Township, lifelong.
