Our services

Clear answers. Proven solutions.

One local team handles the whole job, from the first test to a system you can forget about.

One team for the whole job. No handoffs, no guessing.

Radon work has three parts. Find out the level, bring it down, and prove it stayed down. Plenty of companies do one of those. We do all three, with the same certified technicians, so nothing gets lost between the test and the fix.

We are a York County company working in York County homes. We know the stone foundations in the old boroughs, the finished basements in the townships, and the crawlspaces out in the farm country. Every job starts with an honest reading, gets one fixed price in writing, and ends with a follow-up test that shows the number. If your levels are fine, you'll hear that from us and nothing more.

What we do

Every service includes a written report, a plain-language walk-through, and a technician who explains each step.

Not sure where to start?

Start with a test. Everything follows from the number.

If you have never tested, book a test. If you already have a high result from us or from anyone else, book a mitigation estimate and bring the report. If you have a system that seems tired, ask us to check it.

Most homes are tested within a week of the first call.

  1. Schedule your testPick a time that suits you. We place the monitor and explain what happens next.
  2. Review your resultsWe walk you through the numbers and what they mean for your home. No jargon.
  3. Build your solutionIf levels are high, we design a system for your foundation and give you a clear quote.
  4. Breathe easierInstallation usually takes a day. A follow-up test confirms your levels are down.

Built for your foundation

Every house is different. So is every system.

Pick your foundation to see where the pipe runs, where the fan goes, and what gets sealed.

Not sure what you have? Mention it in your estimate request, or send a photo of the lowest level, and we will tell you.

01 / Basement slab

The most common foundation here, and the most straightforward to fix.

We core one suction point through the slab, dig a small pit beneath it, and run the pipe out at the rim joist (the wooden band where the house frame sits on the foundation) and up an exterior wall to a fan mounted outside.

  • One suction point (a hole through the floor for the pipe), or two on a large or sectioned slab
  • Sump pit capped with a sealed, clear lid you can still see through
  • Fan outside at waist height, exhaust above the roofline
