General information only
The content on this website is provided for general information about radon, radon testing, and radon mitigation. It is not professional advice for your specific home until we have tested it and issued a written report. Every house is different. Do not rely on general figures, averages, or a neighbor's result as a substitute for a test.
Health information
Statements about radon and health on this site summarize guidance published by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the U.S. Surgeon General, and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. We are radon professionals, not medical professionals. Questions about your health or your family's exposure history should be directed to a physician.
Test results
A radon test measures conditions during the test period under the conditions in place at the time. Levels change with season, weather, and how a home is used. A result below the EPA action level is not a guarantee that levels will remain low, and periodic retesting is recommended. Results from tests we did not perform are relied on at your own discretion.
Mitigation performance
Mitigation systems are designed to reduce indoor radon, and the vast majority do so substantially. Performance depends on the home, the soil, and the system being kept running and unaltered. Our performance commitments are set out on your written estimate and in our Terms and Conditions.
Third parties
Some work requested through this site may be performed by a licensed, independent contractor in our network. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
