Complaints Policy
Last updated September 27, 2026
If something about our work or our service was not right, we want to hear about it, and we want to fix it. This page explains how.
How to raise a concern
Call 717-555-0123 and ask for the owner, or email hello@radonremovalyorkpa.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. Tell us what happened, when, and what you would like us to do about it. Photos help.
What we do next
- Within one business day we acknowledge your complaint and tell you who is handling it.
- Within five business days we investigate, which may include a site visit, and give you a written response with what we found and what we propose.
- If the fix takes longer, we agree a timeline with you and keep you updated until it is done.
Our commitment
Workmanship problems are corrected at no charge under our warranty. If we made a mistake in a report or an invoice, we correct it and say so. We do not argue with homeowners about whether a job looks right. If you are not happy with how a system looks and a reasonable change would fix it, we make the change.
If you are still not satisfied
Radon testers and mitigators in Pennsylvania are certified by the Department of Environmental Protection's Radon Division, which accepts complaints about certified professionals. You may also contact the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection. We will cooperate fully with either.
Records
We keep a record of every complaint and its resolution so we can learn from it. Complaint records are handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
