Description

Install radon mitigation systems in homes across York County alongside our installation lead, handling core drilling, PVC routing, fan mounting, sealing, and cleanup. Explain the system and the gauge to the homeowner at the end of the day.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a residential trade (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or similar).
• Comfortable with power tools, ladders, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Valid driver's license and a clean record. We run background checks because we work in people's homes.
• Pennsylvania radon mitigation certification, or willingness to earn it (we pay for the course and exam).

• Hourly pay based on experience, paid weekly, with overtime.

Radon Measurement Technician

Place and retrieve continuous radon monitors in homes, walk homeowners through closed-house conditions, generate reports, and explain results in plain language. Many appointments are early morning or early evening to fit around work schedules and real estate deadlines.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and dependable, because the schedule is the job.
• Clear, patient communicator with people who may be worried about their results.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).
• Pennsylvania radon testing certification, or willingness to earn it (we pay for it).
